Many of our publications and information are preserved in Adobe Acrobattm and some of the files are zipped. Zipped files require software to uncompress these files. These compressed files are much smaller than normal and are provided to speed downloads.
Directions to open a zipped file: Put your pointer on the highlighted file and right click on your mouse - scroll down to "Save Target As" and place the file on your computer drive.
