Bid for a Chance to Have a Board Member on Your Team!

We are thrilled to offer a special auction where teams can bid for the opportunity to have an association Board Member join their team. Here’s how it works:

1. Auction Timeline:

   • The auction will take place prior to the event, with bidding closing on September 29th.
   • Ensure your bids are submitted before this deadline to participate.

2. Bidding Process:

   • Teams can place bids for their preferred Board Member, just click the button under your selection and e-mail dallain@acaf.org a bid to beat the latest bid listed.
   • The highest bid at the close of the auction wins the Board Member for their team.

3. Winning the Bid:

   • To win the bid, you must be the highest bid at the close of the auction, and already have a team signed up to shoot at the event.
   • If your team wins the bid, the Board Member will join your team, making up your team of four members.
   • You will be invoiced for the winning bid amount prior to the event. Payment must be completed as per the invoice terms.
   • Note: Once a bid is submitted and becomes a winning bid, it is final and binding.

4. Auction Proceeds:

   • All funds raised from this auction will go directly to the Florida Asphalt Scholarship Funds, supporting the next generation of industry professionals.

5. Team Composition:

   • Each team can have a maximum of four members, including the Board Member if your bid is successful.
   • If your bid is unsuccessful, ensure your team is complete with four members prior to the event.

• Participation in the auction is open to all registered teams.
• Be prepared for competitive bidding and ensure your team is ready to complete the payment if you win.
• This is a fantastic opportunity to enhance your team with industry expertise while supporting a great cause.
