About the Speaker:
Dr. Vicky brings over two decades of experience in construction and safety leadership. Starting her career as a journeyman bridge carpenter, she later earned a BS in American Culture Studies and a doctorate in Industrial/Organizational Psychology. With roles at Flatiron and Granite Construction, and as a safety leadership consultant, she has helped improve safety culture across major civil construction firms. She now supports Colas in advancing its health and safety efforts.
