Organization Overview
Asphalt Testing Solutions & Engineering (ATS) is an independent materials testing company in Jacksonville, Florida. Its technicians are certified through the Florida DOT Construction Training Qualification Program (CTQP) and participate in the proficiency testing for AASHTO Resource and FDOT.
ATS partners with contractors, engineers and additive producers to assist in multiple areas during and after production and placement of asphalt mixtures. ATS is housed on the property of an asphalt contractor, providing the ability to schedule and run research mixture through an asphalt plant for realistic handling and sampling.
