Vince has over 37 years in the highway construction industry, among the most recent four years leading a team of 470+ employees at Ajax. As a consultant and speaker advocate, he works with individuals and organizations to create open discussions around suicide prevention, mental health, and transformational leadership. Vince will share stories about suicide, along with eye-opening data related to suicide in the construction industry. You will be educated on the root causes, what to look for in individuals, and how to address the topic within your organization.
Greg will provide an update regarding all of the research and new findings pertaining to the Asphalt Industry in Florida.

Gary Fitts is a registered professional engineerin Texas with engineering degrees from the University of Texas at Austin. His career has focused on pavements and asphalt since the 1980s including roles with Shell Bitumen and the Asphalt Institute. He joined Kraton Polymers in December 2018.
